What gets deleted
- Your sign-in record, email address, display name and profile photo.
- Every dog only you have access to — its name, breed, photo, complete restroom break history, vet appointments and medications.
- Any watches you paired, and any invitations sent to your email.
What stays
A dog you share with other family members is not deleted, because it is theirs too. You are removed from it, and the breaks you logged remain in that dog's history without your name attached. If you want a shared dog gone entirely, remove the other members first, or ask them to delete it.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
Delete it now
Pick whichever is easier — all three do the same thing:
- Here. Sign in with the email and password for the account, then return to this page and press the delete button that appears.
- In the app. Open Profile → Delete account and confirm.
- By email. If you can no longer sign in, write to didugo.app@gmail.com from the address the account uses. We will verify it and delete the account within 30 days.
